Pivoting During Covid-19

Greetings family,

I hope all is well with you and yours during this unprecedented time as the global impact from Covid-19 continues. If you are an essential worker and putting yourself and your family to be of service to others I want to thank you!

Having a schedule to maintain some sense of normalcy has been the biggest key for me. I've been practicing some rhythms, dances, and writing new music.

Here are some steps for Kuku. Remember to get up and get at least 30 minutes of exercise 3-4 times a week!
